Carlo is indeed obviously troubled and can imagine extra frustrated for being replaced and evt. kicked out. Being kicked out was his own fault, being away not.
But indeed, being away means not handeling business, not accaptable for the company.

Too bad he couldnt live with that.
Lets move on. Leave him alone, be mature about it.
I havent read TM forums yet, hope theres not too much attention yet
If we just let him shout he will dry out soon enough. And if not he will be kicked of TM if he isnt carefull, this will be noted by admins allready I presume. 

and if he chills out I have no problem of him working for NHC again, but only after showing some real remorse about calling Elze what he did and do a proper apology, at least.. And even than its still Elze's call now, imho.
but I dont think we can expect anything like that, that kinda wisdom will take him still a few years I guess Was he a co-founder? or only there from the start, well in any case, he was there at the beginning, and obviously feels (and is) pushed out.
