Information regarding NHC working Convoys

I will not be planning any working convoys for NHC until people have posted their most active days/times.

I cant randomly say a day and time and hope people will be on, i want 5/10 at least, and will not accept any less.

A Official NHC work convoy means we get time on the server and administrators
 will be on duty on the time we specify; we do not want that for only a 2 or 3 person NHC convoy again.
the rally event does have a very serious undertone.
