Code has also offended Elze in the last screenshot listed here... The way I see it this is the most pathetic behavior a player can show, I mean come on if you think about someone this way, say it right to my face - I'm not hurt, I'm disgusted by the way this has taken place. Not that they would care, but they're both blacklisted from NHC now, (and I banned the both of them from our precious forums).

Well I don't know those guys at all, but what I don't get is why Carlo is acting like "wtf why I got replaced???" even when he wasn't active to atleast change the payrates in time.

Obviously he had no time for it, even if it was for personal/family reasons, but the common sense tells me that if I can't do my work properly then I should give the oportunity to someone else.

Carlo is indeed obviously troubled and can imagine extra frustrated for being replaced and evt. kicked out. Being kicked out was his own fault, being away not.
But indeed, being away means not handeling business, not accaptable for the company.

Too bad he couldnt live with that.

If we just let him shout he will dry out soon enough. And if not he will be kicked of TM if he isnt carefull, this will be noted by admins allready I presume.

but I dont think we can expect anything like that, that kinda wisdom will take him still a few years I guess Was he a co-founder? or only there from the start, well in any case, he was there at the beginning, and obviously feels (and is) pushed out.

My god... if Carlo is gonna be a **** about this then he should quit working for NHC and quit SAMP altogether until he can get his act together...or atleast go through therapy. I have come from 18 WoS Haulin were VTCs (Virtual Trucking Companies) have been made and I **** you not I have been a Co Owner of some of them and there were times I did feel like I put in most of the work to gain Co Owner or atleast have some type of title. Anyways unlike Carlo I kept that **** to myself

I've done some thinking and I've come to the conclusion that before this nutjob Carlo is ever going to work for my company again, I'll rather leave NHC, and quit playing on Truckmania, and stop listening to metal. Long story short Carlo has no chance on getting back into NHC, and I doubt he cares anyway. What Carlo has done to ME was pretty pathetic and lame, considering he could of just said it to my face. What Carlo has done to Elze was extremely offensive and he had no right to say it. But what Carlo has done to NHC was that he basically tried to ruin our reputation by breaking rules, being a huge buttfucker and kicking off pointless arguments all over the place. I'm not the kinda guy that stands against second chances, but Carlo disrespected me, he disrespected Elze a lot more intense than he did with me, and furthermore, he happened to disrespect half of the Truckmania community. We have never had a guy in NHC that harmed our reputation as bad as Carlo did. Carlo is an egoistic, **** juggling thundercunt who only cares about his own interests. He doesn't care who he has to insult to make himself feel better, no matter if it's Elze, or a non-NHC player, or even the chairman of this whole business, who would be myself. He's crying over getting replaced? Seriously? If I was to pick examples, Smoke earned more money in two weeks than Carlo earned in two months. It doesn't matter WHY Carlo wasn't there, it matters THAT he wasn't there. No company in the world would employ someone as a co-owner who is hardly ever around to deal with issues regarding the company. And once again breaking the rules massively like Carlo did without any reason at all doesn't help either. No, Carlo will never come back to NHC, he showed me what a kinda guy he is, and he doesn't deserve working here.

You know that my thoughts on his person allready were negative when he was more active.
