Whoa whoa wait a second, I believe you ain't wrapped too tight.
I do not agree with QPR on joining my company, he's changing jobs quicker than I'm changing my underwear. NHC is a very stable company and hence we want people that want to stick to us, not a bunch of guys that get bored after a week and leave us then. That's not the way it works.

Well, after all it's your choice. QPR promised me he tought this was the best company for him to be in, and he wouldn't leave it since he didn't felt like there is a better company. He likes the base of our small group of well known members, and that's why he would like to be part of us.
